>NEW Client ($85 for one time 55-minute video visit) or 

>ESTABLISHED Client ($85 monthly, *contract free)

Once your appointment has been accepted a link (and questionnaire) will be sent to your email. 

During your first visit you will meet with a licensed provider via video and discuss your health history, concerns, and goals. This is a great time ask questions, develop a personal health plan, order labs, and sign-up for membership. 

In order to be transparent, we do NOT accept insurance.  We do accept credit card and HSA (you will have to check with your individual HSA plan to determine coverage).  You are welcome to use your insurance to help cover lab cost and prescription medication.

Tele-medicine allows you easy access to a provider, if you are carrying your phone with you, then you have access.  We are currently taking clients from IDAHO only.  We can NOT meet in person which limits some health care services. 

Nope, no need.  When you make an appointment, a link, with the appointment date and time will be sent to your email.  On the day of your appointment, approximately 15-30 minutes before you are scheduled, you can click on the link, answer a few questions and you will be connected to your provider by video visit. Its that easy.

No, lab costs are a separate cost. But, YES, you can use your insurance to help cover lab costs.  Note your individual insurance plan may vary.

Any professional and licensed lab facility.  We provide prescription lab orders directly to you (or your lab) through email, fax, or messaging. This provides a convenient way to choose where and when you get your labs.

That is why, there are no strings attached, individual membership is $85 month to month, contract free.  Membership allows continual access to your provider, prescriptions* and lab monitoring, as you progress towards your health goals.  There are a lot of things you might find you spend money on, that are NOT more important than your health!

We have a limited number of video visit slots available each week, so we use them thoughtfully and strategically.  For most questions, we respond to emails and portal messages as quickly as possible during regular business days (Monday-Friday).  Your concerns and questions truly matter to us; our priority is to support you effectively and efficiently on your journey to better health.  

Video visits are an essential part of our care model, especially in the beginning as we work together to understand your unique needs and find what works best for you.  Once you're on a stable, optimized plan, most people settle into 1-2 maintenance video visits per year.  For quicker, simpler questions, we strongly encourage using the secure chat/message feature in your online patient portal.  This keeps everything documented in your chart, allows you to review our recommendations anytime, and creates a valuable, personalized health resource. 

At BODYHEALTHSOLUTIONS.ORG we want to offer a non-biased and truly transformational client-provider relationship.  Clients get customized treatment of hormones, weight management, thyroid optimization, integrated supplements, thorough monitoring of labs, and transparent costs.  Still, we would STRONGLY recommend keeping traditional health insurance, catastrophic health insurance, appointments with specialist, and primary care physicians.  Tele-health and functional medicine have inherent limitations.
