Once your appointment has been made, a link (and questionnaire) will be sent to your email and or text to your phone. 

During a client visit you will meet with a licensed provider, for up to 20 minutes, via video and discuss your health history, concerns, and treatment options. 

Some visits may require additional information, lab testing, referrals, and/or health advice only. 

Indicated prescriptions will be sent electronically if appropriate and mutually agreed upon. 

In order to be transparent, we do NOT accept insurance.  We do accept credit card and HSA (you will have to check with your individual HSA plan to determine coverage).  You are welcome to use your insurance to help cover lab cost and prescription medications.

Tele-medicine allows you easy access to a provider, if you are carrying your phone with you, then you have access.  We are currently taking clients from IDAHO only.  We can NOT meet in person which limits some health care services. 

Nope, no need.  When you make an appointment, a link, with the appointment date and time will be sent to your email.  On the day of your appointment, approximately 10-15 minutes before your visit, you can click on the link, answer a few questions and you will be connected to your provider by video visit. Its that easy!

No, lab and prescription medication costs are a separate cost. But, YES, you can use your insurance to help cover lab and prescription costs.  Note your individual insurance plan may vary.

Any professional and licensed lab facility.  We provide prescription lab orders directly to you (or your lab) through email, fax, or messaging. This provides a convenient way to choose where and when you get your labs.

At BODYHEALTHSOLUTIONS.ORG we want to offer a non-biased and truly transformational client-provider relationship.  Clients get customized treatment of hormones, weight management, thyroid optimization, integrated supplements, lab orders, and transparent costs.  Still, we would STRONGLY recommend keeping traditional health insurance, catastrophic health insurance, appointments with specialist, and primary care physicians.  Tele-health and functional medicine have inherent limitations.
